As I live alone, it's so much easier to use than several saucepans.<BR/>There are a few recipes to use with the instructions, then you can add your own. Cook until potatoes are soft. Potatoes soak up all the lamb juices - The best hot pot! But as your story suggests it can save a lot of money compared to the cost of heating a whole oven. It will also do a fritata efficiently and heats any ready made dishes with topping much better than the microwave.
